Processing Time

All jerseys are made-to-order. We will start custom production within 24 hours of your order. This process depends on the quantity and generally does not exceed 7 days.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • USA, UK, Canada, Australia: 5–7 business days
  • Other countries: 5–15 business days

Actual times vary by destination and local carrier.

Shipping Method

Packages ship via your local post or courier. If unattended, a notice card will be left for pickup/redelivery.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancel within 24 hours of purchase; afterwards production starts and orders cannot be changed. We only accept returns if the item is damaged or customization is incorrect. Email support@cusprinting.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and proof of purchase.
